Do I have a case even if...

…I told the police officer I wasn’t feeling any pain at the scene?

YES. It is very common for someone involved in an accident not to feel pain right away.

… I didn’t take an ambulance or go to a hospital?

YES. It is very common for someone involved in an accident not to need emergency medical care.

… I have no medical insurance to pay for medical care?

YES. There are doctors who will treat patients without insurance, provided a written promise is made to the doctor that her/his bill will be paid out of any settlement or verdict.

… the at-fault driver has no insurance?

YES, provided that the vehicle occupied by the client had insurance. All motor vehicle policies of insurance include “uninsured motorist” coverage, which means that even if the at-fault driver has no insurance, the client can still obtain a settlement from the company insuring the vehicle that the client was in at the time of the accident. This same insurance protection applies when the injured party is a pedestrian.

… the at-fault driver leaves the scene and is never identified?

YES, provided that the vehicle occupied by the client had insurance. All motor vehicle policies of insurance include “uninsured motorist” coverage which means that even if the at fault driver leaves the scene and is never identified the client can still obtain a settlement from the company insuring the vehicle the client was in at the time of the accident. … I didn’t miss time from work?

YES. You don’t need to miss time from work to have a case.
